wonderful stay with stunning views

The King room was huge with a breathtaking view of the river. Loved the beautiful bathroom with a deep tub and lots of space. The pool area was nice, and there’s a bar with drinks. The staff was super nice and spoke great English. Breakfast had a ton of options, like fresh pastries and juices.

I loved the gorgeous river view from my King Room and was pleasantly surprised when I got an upgrade at check-in! The spa had an awesome pool with a view and a fantastic massage service that really helped me relax. The only downside was having to wait a bit longer than expected for lunch, but the food was worth it. 🍹

Our family enjoyed a lovely 3-night stay in a spacious King Room. The highlight was the stunning river view and the helpful staff, especially Liel and Hoang. Don’t miss the floating market tour! However, they could improve the cocktail selection at the bar for a more enjoyable experience.

I loved my stay at the Sheraton in Can Tho. The spacious room offered stunning views of the river, especially from the King Room on the 20th floor. The staff were fantastic, always polite and attentive, making me feel very welcome. The breakfast buffet featured a diverse selection of local and international dishes, perfect for fueling up each morning. However, I faced a couple of issues that marred the experience. The poolside cafe service was painfully slow. I waited over two hours for my food order, which never arrived, forcing me to cancel it. Additionally, the housekeeping team seemed to miss a detail or two. my room had a pillow with a bad smell, which made it hard to rest comfortably. Even with these inconveniences, the overall ambiance and comfort made my trip enjoyable, and I would definitely consider returning.

It was just a nice choice for a weekend rest in Can Tho with excellent value for money. The healthy food options in the restaurant were good and reasonably priced for a 5-star hotel. For better service, consider going during off-peak times.
